Sally Rivard is an AFAA certified fitness instructor with over 30 years of experience teaching fitness, yoga, Pilates. She also holds Level 3 IIQTC certification in Qigong and Tai Chi Easy™. She is an avid downhill and cross-country skier, runner, swimmer, biker, hiker and snowshoer.
