Gentle movement, visualization, self-massage and breath practices based upon ancient Chinese medicine and philosophy. Double the health benefits of Qigong and Tai Chi Easy® as we practice amidst the lavender, as both promote calmness and wellness, reduce stress and anxiety. No prior experience needed: come check it out! It is an hour-long relaxing vacation from our daily life complexity! No sweat, no stress!

Sally Rivard is an AFAA certified fitness instructor with over 30 years of experience teaching fitness, yoga, Pilates. She also holds Level 3 IIQTC certification in Qigong and Tai Chi Easy™. She is an avid downhill and cross-country skier, runner, swimmer, biker, hiker and snowshoer.

Fee includes the Tai Chi Easy® Workshop and entry to the lavender fields. Please arrive a few minutes early to get settled. Allow some time after our session for roaming amidst the lavender, enjoying the views, and checking out the items for sale. Bring your own mat/blanket and water, sunscreen, as we will be outdoors.
