Rules:
Pre-registration is required to enter. Fill out and submit an entry form with $15 entry fee and a recipe to enter. Contestants must use King Arthur Flour and culinary-grade lavender in their baked dessert. Participants must bring the opened bag of King Arthur Flour, or submit a UPC label from the flour bag when they submit their entry.
