for Your Special Day!
Our beautiful farm is the perfect location for one of the important days in your life! We have 2 acres of lavender plants! In addition there is an 8 acre mix of rolling fields contains various crops such as alfalfa, sunflowers, wheat, and oats. In the pollinator meadows are flowering plants such red clover, yarrow, golden rod, dandelions, chicory, pussy willows, and a plethora of other gorgeous native plants.
The Romantic Pinnacle of the farm is the Gazebo, with its 360’ views, it encompasses some of the most picturesque views in Vermont. The Gazebo is the preferred location for wedding ceremony. The scenic vista includes Jay Peak, Lake Memphremagog, the White Mountains to the North, East Mountain in Lyndonville, Owl’s Head Mountain in Quebec, and a vast expanse of Canada. On a clear day you can easily see over 50 miles in any direction.
“The Top of the World” is the most exclusive portion of the farm! The Pergola, located at the top of the world , is the perfect spot for small cermamonies and sunset photos. It’s White Arches are ready for the Brides Personal Touch.
Our Tiny Cozy Cabin is located next to the lavender field. At the Cabin you can wake up to one of the farm most beautiful views, and enjoy the quiet countryside. The Cabin is a private & quaint overnight choice to stay on site.
Our event center is totally enclosed with a glass overhead garage door that easily opens and closes, bringing in fresh air, or keeping out the rain, as the weather allows. The inside and outside have wood siding with rustic country decorations. There are doors at the front and back of the building as well as electricity. The upper deck* offers additional seating with even more breathtaking views. The event center seating is picnic table style. While you are here, you will have free range of the woods, trails, and fields.
* The upper deck is currently under construction.
Weddings and Reception
This is the full package. While you are here, you will have full use Event Center, Gazebo, Pergola,
Fairy trails, Labyrinth and Lavender Fields at the farm. Included in this package will be 2 staff members to help make your special day perfect!
The Cozy Cabin is free with this package for the night before, & the night of the Event. Provided it was not previously rented.

Pergola only “Top of the World”
This is the highest point of the farm, boasting 360° views. The wedding arch is an empty pallet for decorating for your special occasion. This is also the most remote part of the farm. Situated under the wind turbine, the lavender fields are just a short walk away. This area is limited to chairs, people, the ceremony and photos.
*The Pergola is not a reception, food, drink area or for parking cars.
* These prices may increase, depending on how much setup you need our staff to perform.
* The Event Center can not be included in this package.

Gazebo only - for small intimate evening weddings
This is an option for couples who want a small evening wedding. The gazebo and immediate surrounding area, will be available to you for decorations and set-up at 4pm, and is available to you until 11pm.

* The Event Center can not be included in this package.
* The Gazebo is not available for rent on special event days, nor previously booked events or date nights.

General Information
All Bookings require a 50% deposit to secure the date requested.
All Deposits are non-refundable.
Payment in full is due, the day before the event.
Gratuities for our staff are not included, but appreciated.
In some situations where the service we provide has been extremely superior, or very difficult,
a 20% service gratuity fee will be added to the final bill for the staff provided.
We require a payment on file, in the event of damages or unpaid expenses.
We do not provide additional portalets. We will arrange them for an additional fee.
Tableware, linens, and exterior tents are not included, but can be arranged for an additional fee.
All seating provided is picnic table style.
No refunds for weather related conditions.
We are not responsible for wind or weather related damages to your, or any rented property.
The Event Center can comfortably seat approx 60 people.
Camping for guests is available for an additional fee.
You may bring your food or caterer. We do not have a commercial kitchen available to use.
We have an industrial refrigerator and a commercial food warmer, you may use at no cost.
Lavender Essentials is a BYOB farm for your guests.
You must provide proof of insurance for your wedding activities.
We do have self contained RV and Tent sites available, $35.00 per site. We do allow generators.
We have small fire pits at the sites and around the event ctr, Fires are permitted when it is not windy.
The Pergola and Fairy Trail close at 10pm
The Gazebo closes at 11pm.
The Event Center closes at 12am. All guests must leave or go to their campsites.
If we deem anyone is a danger to themselves, our property or your guests, we may ask them to leave.
We can provide personal taxi service for your guests to travel to local lodging.
Advance notice for taxing is required, additional fees apply.
We are a NO pets farm, we grow our crops for culinary purposes.
The ONLY exceptions to this rule is, the bride and groom may have their personal pets during the ceremony, and photos.
But they can not stay for the reception.
Pets will remain on leash at all times.
Do not allow animals to relieve themselves on our flowering plants. Doing so is cause for immediate removal.
No pets in the cabin. There are no exceptions to the pet rules.
Fireworks are permitted, with advance notice. We must alert the neighbors to ensure the safety of their livestock.
We are Not open to Wedding Receptions from Nov 1 -April 1 of any year.
