Decoupage is the art of decorating an object with paper designs and special paint effects. We will be using lots of paper, glue, glitter, and ribbons to decorate mason jars with lavender print patterns. There will be many options to choose from, so you will be sure to find inspiration!
Did you know the traditional technique used 30 to 40 layers of varnish? Then, it was sanded to a polished finish. We’ll be using more time friendly modern techniques, so don’t worry. If you have a special small box or item you would like to decoupage, please bring it!
This is a fun, easy class that’s great for kids, grandparents, anyone in between, so bring a friend and let’s get crafty! This class will also have lavender sugar cookies for snacking! $25 per person.
