Our vision

Growing lavender allows our family to combine our love of the plant with our love of the land.  We feel this is a great way to raise a family, build a strong business, benefit our community, and a beautiful way to stay in love and grow old together.

Our Mission

At Lavender Essentials of Vermont, we cultivate, distill, craft, and deliver—treating every bud and drop of lavender with purpose. Our mission is to grow fragrant lavender using sustainable practices, craft everything from the stem to the label in-house, and bring that natural purity directly to your home. We manage each step—planting, harvesting, distilling, formulating,

Harnessing the holistic properties of essential oils

Our Values

We promote awareness of specialty crop farming, and enjoy educating the public about agricultural management, and the farming culture of our great state.

We believe in the health benefits of essential oils, lavender, and aromatherapy practices, and will encourage personal wellness through education.

Seven Days - In the Northeast Kingdom, Lavender Essentials of Vermont Grows an Agribusiness, June 2019

Only in your State - Get Lost In This 30-Acre Beautiful Lavender Farm In Vermont, June 2019

Lavender Dreams

We started the lavender farm in the spring of 2017. Having grown up on a dairy farm in the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont, we are proud to be the next generation of farmers, working the same land as Michele Judd’s grandparents once did.

We have Munstead and English Lavender. We also have a myriad of other herbs and crops. We proudly rely on a 140ft Bergey wind turbine to generate electricity and reduce our carbon foot print. A natural spring-fed pond sits next to the lavender field and aids in our crop irrigation.

Our farm has amazing views for miles around of both the US as well as Canada.  We are excited to offer a line of aromatherapy products made from our home grown and produced essential oils.  We have a beautiful farm—perfect for your wedding!

At Lavender Essentials of Vermont, we follow organic farming practices, and use no pesticides or harmful fertilizers.
